Manitoba Record: 99.06 cm / 39.00 inches Location: Red River Although the Red River is world renowned for it's Master Angler channel catfish, there is much more to this incredible river and surrounding areas. The red has also earned a reputation as one of the top trophy walleye producing destinations in North America. The fall walleye run, also known as the "Fall Classic", begins in September and extends well into October. Walleye in the 8 to 10 lb class don't raise many eyebrows, just anglers' rods. Photo Album:
